大众MQB新功能教程 附翘脚割线方法

新功能说明：

该功能已于2023年3月16日正式发布，将大大降低MQB钥匙防盗匹配的成本。很多师傅都对这个功能感兴趣，所以小编整理了详细的视频教程和操作方法分享给大家，方便大家学习上手。

具体操作方法及注意事项

操作过程中需要拆卸仪表，使用编程器功能读取数据。
在拆读仪表获取防盗数据时，需要先将CPU翘脚或者PCB割线。

翘脚方法

1. 按接线图找到待翘脚的引脚(FVDD)。
2. 需要使用热风枪辅助, 将温度调到355摄氏度，风力调最小，将风枪口对准待翘的芯片引脚。
3. 等待引脚被加热后, 用手术刀片塞进翘脚底部向上轻抬，注意引脚不要抬起太高, 确保引脚离开PCB即可。
4. 等待引脚冷却后，从翘起的引脚处焊接一根细导线或漆包线，用胶纸固定细线在芯片背面，防止晃动。
5. 读写完MCU后，将焊接的导线从翘脚处(FVDD)移开. 使用镊子将翘脚处下压，然后使用电烙铁加热引脚焊接到PCB。

割线方法

1. 按接线图找到需要割线的位置 ,按照标注的位置和形状进行割线。
2. 割线时按照要求, 不要用力过大, 用力过大会导致PCB底下的电路受损。
3. 割线后检查FVDD测试点和其他参考点是否断开。
4. 读写完MCU后，需要将割线的位置进行恢复。
